Wolf SG-5, in Blackpool, was the first Stargate convention I ever attended, and I was disappointed that Teryl Rothery (Dr. Janet Fraiser) wasn't going to be there. So I was pretty thrilled when I found out that there was going to be an event in Southport, an hour from Blackpool, on the Friday of SG-5, as part of a Vortex convention, called 'Tea With Teryl', where Teryl would do a Q&A session, drink tea, and generally hang out with the fans.

So, Laura, Clara and myself got tickets, and headed up to Southport on our way to SG-5.
